Real estate

As you read in the about me I am on a journey to get my real estate license. My husband and I brought our first rental property in 2018. At the time we thought it be nice to own vacation property or maybe move out of new york someday and move to a different state that is warmer. We choose Florida because it was a short flight and it is a different vibe than living in new york. Through our property manager I started learning so much more about real estate. That when the spark hit and realized I want to do more the real estate world. In 2023 my husband and I brought our second property and I decided to get my real estate license to help others sell/ buy homes. In may 2023 I started looking into taking the course and then I got news no one wants to hear ,I got diagnose with breast cancer and I had to put that in the back burner. Last winter I decided total the leap and take the course, I decided to learn at my own pace instead of in person teaching since I at the same time I was doing radiation. Last summer I took the exam twice and failed…..and had to retake the course again. I took the rest of last year off  to reset and decided to retake the course in February while doing teaching training and I am happy to say that I passed the course and will be taking the state exam soon. A goal that I wanted in 2023 is finally happening and I couldn’t be anymore proud of myself….. stay tuned.
